Little changes

Thanks to everyone who responded to my previous post, either on here, FB or via text/messenger. Lots of really interesting insights and thoughts, and I’ve really appreciated them all.

So as I ponder my way through (I like to have a good think about stuff!), I thought I’d make two small changes just to get me going again.

  • Prep & cook all my own food
  • Drink more water.
  • That’s it.
  • I mostly do the first one, but when I let that slip, everything else does too, and I never drink enough water unless I make it a conscious decision to do so. I’m keeping it simple, to help me build up consistent habits.
  • That ought to do for now 😀
