The longest day

New goals

Injury update

Last week I managed to ‘ping’ my knee/hamstring getting in the car, and for a few days it was really sore, and I totally laid off the stretches etc. It’s now feeling much better, so I went back to the physio today to see what was what. I’ve still got a very tight right hip…

Injury!

I’ve had tightness in my right leg for the last couple of weeks, and amazingly enough I’ve actually been doing some stretching and foam-rollering of my hamstrings/calves/glutes etc.  I managed to get a 20 min massage at work via a Wellness programme they were running, and it definitely helped with the pain I was starting…
